Self Inflating Sleeping Mats

Self inflating mats have a foam layer inside an airtight shell. Open the valve and air is sucked into the mat, expanding the foam to give it shape. Comfortable to sleep on easy to use, usually cheaper and more durable than inflatable sleeping mats but often heavier and bulkier when packed.
