The mat measures 185cm long x 56cm wide and 5cm thick. The inner foam core provides great cushioning and insulation from the ground. Ideal for camping, hiking, or backpacking.

R-value 3.5 for 3 season use
* As is common with self inflating mats they have been compressed for packing/shipping and may need manual inflation on first use. Thereafter self-inflation is easier.
