Do your products have a warranty? Our products have a 12 month warranty - details can be found here.

What about shipping? Details about shipping options can be found here.

Do you have a physical store? To keep costs down we don’t have a physical store. We’re more than happy to help out with any questions you may have and in some situations you may be able to check out products.

Why are your products cheaper than well known brands? We source, import and sell our products directly, cutting out the middleman and keeping our costs low.

What about the quality of your tents? We stand behind what we sell and have quality products that measure up to do the job they should do. Check out what some of our customers have to say here.

Are your tents waterproof? All of our tents are waterproof and have waterproof PU coatings and taped seams. A rating of 1500mm is usually the minimum to be considered waterproof and all of our tents have a minimum of 2000mm. What about after sales service? We know that sometimes things don’t go according to plan so if you have any issues we’ll do our best to help you get it sorted as soon as possible. We also have spare parts on hand for all the products we sell. Check out our warranty policy for more details.

What Payment Options are available?

  • Credit card using online payment via Paypal. We do not have access to or keep any credit card details.
  • Online transfer please inform us if you wish to use this option and include your name and purchase number in your reference.
  • Cash is acceptable for pick up only by prior arrangement.

Are you GST registered? Yes, we are GST registered and can provide GST invoices upon request.

Do you offer layby? Layby is available on request and with prior approval for items over $100. We require a minimum 20% deposit within 3 days of purchase and remainder to be paid off within a maximum of 8 weeks – payment schedule to be confirmed by purchaser. If for any reason you do not wish to complete the layby purchase we will return funds received less $20 for admin costs.
