Hard Shell Roof Top Tents

Hardshell roof top tents are the next generation in rooftents. Like the name suggests, they typically have a hard shell made of aluminium, fibreglass or ABS plastic. There is some variation between designs, with some working better than others. Usually they set up and pack down faster than softshell tents and often can carry gear up on top as well.
