Family tents are bigger and designed for family or group use, with more space and more rooms, suitable for car camping. They are oten polyester or canvas and require longer to set up but are still pretty convenient. Glamping tents are usually larger, semi-permanent canvas tents for longer term use. Bigger and bulkier and more work to set up, they're designed to be left up for months at a time.
