Description
A really hand addition to the Wildland Desert Cruiser 2 or Pathfinder II hard shell roof top tents, the multi-function awning provides extra cover from sun and rain. Designed for use with the DC2 roof top tent and compatible with both 120cm or 140cm models. As the name suggests functions as an awning and can also be pegged to the ground to close off the side of your vehicle at night or in wet weather.
During the day can be used as an awning that extends 3m out from the roof tent and with a width of 3m. Also has 'wings' on each side providing extra cover or can be rolled up and secured to keep out of the way. Supported by 3 twist lock telescopic poles with max height 1.9m.
At night the remove the poles and peg the awning directly to the ground, creating more privacy and closing off the tent entrance and side of your vehicle. Use the side 'wings' to close off each end of the awning.
Waterproof PU2000mm fabric with silver coating on underside.
The awning clips onto the aluminium bar above the tent entrance it extends out 2.9m and has a with of 2.9m at the outer edge excluding the wings. Easy to set up and pack away to be stored in your vehicle. Should not be used in windy conditions.
